You can change this at any time by emailing us at [email protected] from the email address that is also your account username, or just drop us a message on live chat. 

For security reasons, we ask that you provide us with proof of ownership for the bank account, like a copy of the bank statement clearly showing the information below. Usually you can find this on your monthly banking statement. NOTE : This is a one time submission.

1. Bank account number and acc holder's name

2. Bank name/bank logo

3. Account type ( Savings, Current, Joint Acc )

All future deposits should be made from the new bank account, and subsequent withdrawals will be paid out to the new bank account as well.
