Campaign Period
1. The "Power Up Your Business: Funds + e-Invoice Bundle" ("Campaign") is organised by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd ("Funding Societies") and shall commence from 1 August 2025 to 30 September 2025 ("Campaign Period"), both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise.
Eligibility Criteria
2. This Campaign is open only to new SME Customers of Funding Societies (hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Participants").
3. To qualify for participation in this Campaign, Eligible Participants must satisfy the following criteria (“Eligibility Criteria”):
Step 1: Submit an application for Micro Financing/-i via the official campaign page between 1 August and 30 September 2025.
Step 2: The application must be approved and disbursed by Funding Societies on or before 15 October 2025.
Campaign Rewards
4. Eligible Participants who meet the above criteria will receive an email to sign a reward claim/consent form, and will receive the rewards below:

5. The e-Invoice subscription reward will be provided by Jom Einvoice Sdn Bhd, the official campaign partner.
6. Funding Societies reserves the right to substitute the campaign partner and/or any stated reward with alternatives of equivalent value at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
7. All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Campaign Fulfilment
8. Eligible Participants who have successfully applied for Micro Financing/-i within the Campaign Period will be verified by Funding Societies to ensure all eligibility requirements are met.
9. Upon successful verification, Eligible Participants will receive a confirmation email that they are eligible to claim the campaign rewards. As the e-Invoice solution is optional, Eligible Participants who wish to proceed must confirm their interest and provide consent for Funding Societies to share their details with Jom eInvoice Sdn Bhd for the purpose of reward fulfillment. The deadline to confirm participation and submit consent is 15 October 2025.
10. Funding Societies will share the Eligible Participant’s details with Jom e-Invoice Sdn Bhd in a secure format for the purpose of reward fulfillment. The details to be provided are:

11. Jom eInvoice Sdn Bhd will facilitate onboarding through appropriate communication, which may include:
Confirmation of the RM1,000 onboarding/setup fee waiver
Activation instructions for the initial 3-month e-Invoice subscription (Basic Plan only)
12. For Eligible Participants whose Micro Financing/-i application is approved and disbursed on or before 15 October 2025, Funding Societies will share an updated list with Jom eInvoice Sdn Bhd within five (5) working days from the disbursement date. Jom eInvoice Sdn Bhd will then contact the customer directly with instructions to subscribe for an additional nine (9) months of the Basic Plan at a 33% discount. Subscription to the extended plan is optional and subject to the Eligible Participant’s confirmation.
13. It is the sole responsibility of the Eligible Participant to ensure that the email address provided in the application is accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in non-receipt of reward fulfillment communications.
14. Funding Societies and Jom eInvoice Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable or responsible for any rewards undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the Eligible Participant.

Funding Societies shall handle all campaign-related queries and application status enquiries related to Micro Financing/-i
Jom eInvoice Sdn Bhd shall handle onboarding, renewal, technical access, and service-related Issues related to e-Invoice subscription.
General Terms and Conditions
16. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein (including any amendments, changes, or variations thereto).
17. Funding Societies’ decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all the Eligible Participants and no correspondence and/or appeal in respect thereof shall be entertained.
18. By participating in this Campaign, all Eligible Participants agree to provide their consent to:
Collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes related to the Campaign;
Disclose their personal information (including names, addresses, telephone numbers) to Funding Societies' related and/or associate companies, business partners, strategic alliances, and other third parties as deemed necessary by Funding Societies for the Campaign; and
Allow their photos or video clips to be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity related to the Campaign without any claim for payment or compensation.
19. Upon the expiry of the Campaign Period, the Campaign will be deemed terminated, and this offer will immediately lapse without notice.
20. The Campaign Rewards are not transferable to any third party, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for goods, in part or in full and/or other redemption item(s).
21. The Campaign Rewards may be withdrawn or cancelled by Funding Societies at its sole discretion if any purchase or transaction made by Eligible Participants under this Campaign is refunded, voided, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent.
22. Funding Societies reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Participants from receiving the Campaign Rewards if they fail to comply with any terms and conditions contained herein, or engage in fraudulent or wrongful acts related to the products.
23. Funding Societies shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or costs incurred or suffered by any participants as a result of participation in this Campaign.
24. Funding Societies shall not be responsible nor accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising or suffered by the Eligible Participants resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of this Campaign or disqualification of the Eligible Participants or forfeiture of the Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organisers or for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension, extension, disqualification or forfeiture.
25. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other advertising materials. In the event of inconsistency, the latest version of these terms and conditions shall supersede any previous terms and conditions.
26. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
