In the event Funding Societies has to stop operating whether by law, by necessity or due to any other reason, an administrator or receiver manager or liquidator (β*Administrator*β) will be appointed to manage the affairs of Funding Societies.
The on-going notes which remained payable to the investors will remain outstanding and payable. The payments will be collected and returned to the investors by the Administrator.
The balance in trust account (investor's balance) will be redistributed to the investor of Funding Societies by the Administrator.
