For foreign withdrawals, if this is your first time submitting a withdrawal request, we will request for a copy of your bank statement which shows the below details as this is a requirement from our Trustees to verify the ownership of the bank account:
Account holder's name
Account number
Name of Beneficiary bank
Address of Beneficiary bank
Country
Swift code / BIC code
Please do note that for overseas accounts, withdrawals are subjected to foreign exchange rate risk. Also, bank charges for overseas transfers will be applied and it will be borne by investor. It will take approximately 14 days for the funds to reach your bank account.
We process withdrawal requests every morning at 10am MYT, working with the independent licensed trustee that manages the escrow account where all investor funds are held.
