To qualify for financing, there are 4 criteria that has to be fulfilled by prospective Issuers before a financing application is considered by Funding Societies.
The 4 criteria are as follows:-
Incorporated in Malaysia with a minimum of 30% shareholding by Malaysian citizens
Either a sole proprietorship, partnership, incorporated limited liability partnerships, private limited company or an unlisted public company
Have operated for at least 6 months
Annual turnover of at least RM60,000
