If you are a Non-Malaysian citizen applying for financing, we will require a copy of your passport and Proof of Residential Address.

Any of the below documents can be submitted as Proof of Residential Address:

  • A copy of your Employment Visa, Permanent Resident NRIC, MM2H Visa, Residential Pass Malaysia (proof of residential).

  • A copy of your utility bills (Telephone (land-line only) or water or internet) with name and address clearly marked on.

  • A copy of your bank or credit card statement with name and address clearly marked on.

  • A copy of your rental agreement (tenancy agreement) with name and address clearly marked on.

The documents submitted to us have to be valid and active. The copies have to be uploaded during the financing application process.

Do note that all the other documents as per here are still required when making the application.

Note: Our team may request additional information and/or documentation that you’ll have to provide directly to them upon request.
