Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Customer Referral Program. By generating and sharing a referral link, or submitting a financing application using a referral link, you agree to be bound by the terms detailed herein.
This program is organized by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Funding Societies Malaysia”) and applies exclusively to eligible Micro Financing/-i products offered by Funding Societies Malaysia from time to time.
Participation is open to eligible referrers and referees who meet the following mandatory conditions:
Referrer Eligibility (Existing Customer): Must be an existing Funding Societies Malaysia customer who has previously submitted a financing application with Funding Societies Malaysia. Successful disbursement of the Referrer's application is not required.
Referee Eligibility (New Customer): Must be a new SME applicant or business entity with no prior active, existing, or past facility or account record with Funding Societies Malaysia. The Referee must successfully achieve financing disbursement on their Micro Financing/-i application.
Referral Link & Attribution Rules
To participate, the Referrer must share the unique referral link or other referral method provided by Funding Societies Malaysia.
The Referee must submit their full Micro Financing/-i application directly through the Referrer’s unique tracking link.
Each Referee is eligible to be referred only once under this Program. In the event a Referee receives referral links from multiple Referrers, attribution and entitlement to the Referral Reward will be determined strictly on a first-submitted basis based on the Referral Link used for the Referee’s initial completed application submission. Subsequent referrals for the same Referee will be void.
Any application submitted directly via the Funding Societies website or through alternative non-tracked channels without utilizing the designated Referral Link will not be eligible for the Referral Reward.
Referral Reward Structure & Qualification Conditions
The Referrer will earn a 1% Referral Reward calculated on the Referee's total Micro Financing/-i disbursement amount. (“Referral Reward”)
The Referral Reward is capped at a maximum of RM1,000 per successful Referee financing.
The Referral Reward is unlocked strictly upon successful Micro Financing/-i disbursement of the Referee's financing. Approval alone does not constitute qualification.
The Referral Reward will be credited to the Referrer’s registered bank account or reflected on their statement of account within 30 to 60 days following automated disbursement confirmation.
There is no limit to the total number of referral applications a Referrer can submit. However, the maximum Referral Reward earned per successful Referee remains strictly capped at RM1,000.
Referees must read, understand, and accept the contents of all relevant product disclosure documents, agreements, and contracts before participating, and fully acknowledge the commercial and financial risks involved.
While Funding Societies Malaysia makes reasonable efforts to maintain efficient turnaround times for application processing and reward distribution, timelines remain subject to operational circumstances and the completeness of documentation furnished by participants.
By participating in this program, all participants agree to provide his or her consent to:
Collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes related to the program;
Disclose their personal information (including names, addresses, and telephone numbers) to Funding Societies Malaysia's related and/or associate companies, business partners, strategic alliances, and other third parties as deemed necessary by Funding Societies Malaysia for the program, and
Allow their photos or video clips to be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity related to the program without any claim for payment or compensation.
Funding Societies Malaysia reserves the right to add, delete, modify, or vary any of these Terms and Conditions, wholly or in part, at its absolute discretion by posting updated terms on the official Funding Societies Malaysia website without prior individual notice.
By participating in this program, participants agree to be bound by these terms (including any amendments, changes, or variations thereto). All decisions made by Funding Societies Malaysia regarding eligibility, tracking, financing disbursement verification, and reward calculations are final, conclusive, and binding.
Funding Societies Malaysia shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or costs incurred or suffered by any participant directly or indirectly arising from their participation in this program or system transmission delays.
Funding Societies Malaysia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Referrer, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the referral arrangement is fraudulent, dishonest, unlawful, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any Referral Reward associated with such disqualified referral will be forfeited and, where applicable, Funding Societies Malaysia may require any Referral Reward already paid to be returned.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
Participants remain fully bound by the overall Website Terms of Use and Privacy Notice published on the official Funding Societies Malaysia website.
Funding Societies (Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd) is a recognized market operator registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC). Registration with the SC does not constitute or imply endorsement or recommendation by the SC. Promotional materials for this Campaign have not been reviewed by the SC or any other regulatory authority in Malaysia.
