What if my link expired?

  1. Once you log out from Pre-Disbursal Session, your link will be expired.

  2. Therefore, clicking the Pre-Disbursal button again will display the following screen

  3. Hence, you need to request a new link by inserting the username again

Where can I find my username?

  1. Username is a unique id provided to the subject to login Pre-Disbursal Session.

  2. Username is required when user is trying to login the PDS again after 1st logout.

  3. Username will remain the same, even if your PDS session expires or you log out multiple times.

  4. It will be included in the PDS email sent to you
