The "Grow Your Business with Smarter Accounting & Win RM500 Cash" (“Campaign”) is organised by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd ("Funding Societies"), in collaboration with Nukleus Ventures Sdn Bhd ("Bukku Accounting"), and shall commence from 15 October 2025 to 15 December 2025 ("Campaign Period"), both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise.
Eligible Participants (as defined below) of the Campaign may receive one or both of the following rewards, subject to the respective conditions:
Complimentary Bukku Subscription (3 + 4 months)
Participants are entitled to a 3-month Bukku Elite Plan Free Trial subscription upon submission of the Campaign Confirmation Form on or before 31 December 2025.
Participants who subsequently subscribe to the Bukku Annual Plan (Grow, Prime, or Elite only) will be entitled to an additional 4-month complimentary subscription. Prices as listed in clause no. 9 — Bukku Subscription Plans.
Complimentary Bukku Subscription is only applicable to new Bukku users, defined as SMEs that have never held any active or previously paid Bukku subscription.
RM500 Cash Prize
The RM500 cash prize will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to the first ten (10) Eligible Participants whose Micro-Financing/-i applications are successfully disbursed on or before 31 December 2025.
Submission of the Campaign Confirmation Form is not required to be eligible for the cash prize.
The first-come, first-served order will be determined based on Funding Societies’ internal disbursement system timestamp (GMT+8).
This Campaign is open to all new and existing customers of Funding Societies who submit an application for Funding Societies Micro-Financing/-i via the official Campaign landing page during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Participants”).
To qualify for the Campaign, Eligible Participants must complete the application by submitting all required supporting documents, including but not limited to submission of national registration identity card copy and latest 6 months of bank statements.
Eligible Participants entitled to the complimentary Bukku Subscription will receive a Bukku coupon code via email (may also receive via WhatsApp), together with instructions for redemption directly on Bukku’s platform.
Coupon codes will remain valid until 31 December 2025, 11:59 PM. Any unredeemed codes after this date shall be deemed void and will not be reissued or replaced.
It is the sole responsibility of the Eligible Participant to ensure that their registered contact details (including email address and mobile number) are accurate and up to date in order to receive the coupon code.
The RM500 Cash Prize will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s registered business bank account within 60 days after 31 December 2025. If a winning disbursement is later voided, cancelled, or found fraudulent, Funding Societies reserves the right to revoke the RM500 prize and award it to the next eligible SME based on disbursement order.

General Terms and Conditions
By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein (including any amendments, changes, or variations thereto).
Funding Societies’ decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all the Eligible Participants, and no correspondence and/or appeal in respect thereof shall be entertained.
By participating in this Campaign, all Eligible Participants agree to provide their consent to:
Collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes related to the Campaign;
Disclose their personal information (including names, addresses, telephone numbers) to Funding Societies' related and/or associate companies, business partners, strategic alliances, and other third parties as deemed necessary by Funding Societies for the Campaign; and
Allow their photos or video clips to be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity related to the Campaign without any claim for payment or compensation.
Upon the expiry of the Campaign Period, the Campaign will be deemed terminated, and this offer will immediately lapse without notice.
The prizes or rewards are not transferable to any third party, non-negotiable, and nonexchangeable for cash, kind, in part or in full, and/or other redemption item(s).
The prizes or reward may be withdrawn or cancelled by Funding Societies at its sole discretion if any purchase or transaction made by Eligible Participants under this Campaign is refunded, voided, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent.
Funding Societies reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Participants from receiving the Campaign Rewards if they fail to comply with any terms and conditions contained herein, or engage in fraudulent or wrongful acts related to the products.
Funding Societies shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or costs incurred or suffered by any participants as a result of participation in this Campaign.
Funding Societies shall not be responsible nor accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising or suffered by the Eligible Participants resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of this Campaign or disqualification of the Eligible Participants or forfeiture of the Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organisers or for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension, extension, disqualification or forfeiture.
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other advertising materials. In the event of inconsistency, the latest version of these terms and conditions shall supersede any previous terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
