1. What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security process that requires users to provide two different authentication factors to verify their identity. This adds an extra layer of security compared to single-factor authentication, which typically only requires a password.

2. Why should I use 2FA?

2FA enhances the security of your accounts by requiring a second piece of information to log in, making it significantly harder for unauthorized users to gain access, even if they know your password.

3. How does 2FA work?

After you have log in to your account using your credentials, you will be redirected to the next page to key in the one-time password (OTP). The OTP will be sent to your selected delivery channel - registered mobile number or email.

4. I did not receive the OTP, what should I do?

Once the timer expired, click on "Didn't receive a code? Try another option".

Verify that the mobile number or email address is correct and attempt to request for another code, or you may choose other method of receiving the OTP.

Ensure to check your spam or junk inbox in case the OTP is marked as spam.
For certain mobile devices, there is a SMS junk/spam inbox.

Do note that after selecting a different method of delivery, the OTP for subsequent login will be delivered to the updated method.

You may change the delivery method to the preferred channel by clicking on "Didn't receive a code? Try another option" again.

If the mobile number is incorrect or you are still not receiving the OTP, please reach out to us via livechat or email at [email protected]
